Larry M. says: I bought a Corvette from them less than a year ago (used 2008). It was making a noise from the rear end at speed, so I took it to their service department to have it checked out. I agreed to pay over $1,000 to fix it (I know, right?).

They called me and said the axle shaft broke while they went to test drive it after the repair. They want me to pay another $600 to fix that. I spoke with the general manager who said the axle shaft was rusty, and that's why it broke.

They sold me a car for nearly $20 grand that was so rusty that it broke the axle shaft when they tested it? I call BS. They were either thrashing my Vette, or they sell crap cars. Either way, beware of Tom Gibbs Chevrolet.
