Tasha A. says: Sales and money hungry salesman with no compassion for the plight of people!!! Total insensitivity to not just ONCE, but TWICE say to my husband and I in a meeting where he was trying to sell us mortgage protection insurance that- he could have saved us so much money IF I didn't have MS. I have MS, and I am the owner of my home, it is my name on the deed solely. I can't remove my diagnosis, I'm stuck with this for life, and this man, Eduardo Soto's harsh verbal statement because he was not able to get a sale from us was beyond rude and beyond uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I was done with him after this incident but then more agents from his group came to my home un-announced and called me, clearly again with sales as their motivating factor. I told the young man I had already dealt with Ed, he couldn't help me and I'm fine. Instead he leaves only to call me back a few days later acting as if he had spoken to Eduardo because he is so shocked I was told he couldn't help me because he just knows Ed can always do something. Mr. Soto and the people under his insurance umbrella need to go through a better training process to learn how to speak to people, what to and not to say, and also to not judge a book by its cover. I'm sure to look at me, I do not look like I am living with a debilitating disease, maybe this is why I was spoken to by Eduardo as if he was not talking to someone with MS and why the following agents continued to push because they did not know or they did, and again did not care, just again trying to push a sale on someone. Horrible!!!!!!
