Claimant says:renewed contract by sending loyalty check no signature involved only company seal stamped behind check STS telecom claims that's how Bahia Tours, Inc renewed contract! original contract was signed in July 2005 and expired this year 2010. I believe this is an unfair business practice deceptive way of renewing a contract!
