mccormick says: I blame myself for not getting a more favorable response to my complaint fore I never took the time to properly document and explain the problems I had with Ed Smires and his crew. The man really tried to jerk me around. I was really ticked and that does not happen very easily. I would never recommend Smires and associates, in fact I would go out of my way to tell my side of a very derogatory story about Ed Smires. Keep in mind I have a policy of not saying anything about a person if it was not positive. As my mother use to say if you don't have something nice to say about somebody don't say it at all. In the case of Ed Smires I found it necessary to complain because I am sure he is in the habit of taking advantage and trying to bully people who depend on his expertise.
If i have a chance to re-write the complaint and start over i would because it is my civic duty to warn people about the man and seek a better result.
