Charles S. says: They recently upgraded (allegedly) their systems(?) and locked my online access to my personal checking account. I called customer service to address this but since my landline doesn't accept texts or robocalls, they couldn't help. they could care less that I am a senior citizen. Also, I utilized their ATM at my local Republic Bank and went inside the branch to get smaller bills. Their teller refused the transaction unless I produced my driver's license and gave him my social security number. Really??? An FDIC insured bank refusing federal bank notes until I produced additional identification. Do yourself a favor, patronize another bank! They could care less about serving senior citizens!
