Hector A. says: Terrible company to do business with. They came to my home and offered a great price on covering my stairs in polyurethane cement. $99 for the whole thing. Once the work was done they come in saying $99 a pound. No dude, you said I would do the whole thing for $99. The guy is a fast talking slick guy. After arguing back and forth, I gave him $300. He said no problem the work is guaranteed for 6 years. A month later the stuff started coming up. They kept promising to come and fix it but 3 month later it still isn't done. Call after unanswered call and when they did answer I'd get we will be there today I promise. Still no work done. I finally called and filed a police report. When I called the next day they didn't answer but called me back and started arguing with me Staying oh you called the police and said now you action like a fucking black person and continue to curse and insult me. He said we will be out there tomorrow by 4:00 today is the 25th let's see what happens. Terrible company terrible employee terrible work.
