I had the whole amount of an extended warranty put on my credit card. Immediately they got their money. I ended up trading the car in on a brand new one, so I asked for my refund($1900 dollars). I had to send Precise Auto Protection a letter saying that I no longer owned the vehicle. Like I said they didn't waste anytime taking all their money out fast, but my refund could take up to 8 week to be credited back to my credit card. They went past the ridiculous wait of 8 weeks, so I called them again. Things were just moving little slow, they said, I should receive my refund soon. I went to the BBB and made a complaint against them, I contacted my credit card company about the situation, and even filed a complaint with them Alabama State Attorney's Office. Finally, after waiting 10 weeks, I received a credit back to my credit card. Don't DEALl with this company unless you don't mind waiting till they are good and ready to credit your account back.

Claimant says:Took out this auto protection in Feb. 2013. I sent a letter to there office in Azusa on May 20, 2014 to cancel this contract , because of there " F "rating with the B.B.B.
I have called them on June 30 th. July 15 th. , July 23 rd. Aug. 4 th. each time they say , it takes time to check it out.
