Today, PeopleClaim.com helps disputing parties resolve problems in almost every product and service category. Besides consumer-to-business disputes, users also file claims in business-to-consumer disputes, business-to-business, individual-to-government, and individual-to-individual situations. Claimants file for free, or they can add premium features like posting a claim online, copying the claim to government regulators, and postal delivery, all at nominal charges.

Our current focus is engaging the public to help resolve publicly-posted claims where disputants haven't yet reached agreement. Anyone can help who has an idea for how to resolve a given claim. Such contributors ("public mediators") offer their solutions and if both disputing parties like the same one, it can become the basis for settlement. Participants earn points if the disputants like a suggestion.

We've also launched an interactive WeCare business profiles (such as this one) for businesses and professionals who want to communicate with their customers, take care of complaints before they post online, and maintain a reputation for caring about the customer's experience.
