Kevin A. says: I have been a patron for the 7 years with Peco. The one time they had a billing problem with me, I was put on a blocked biller list. Now I have to get out of the comforts of my home to pay a bill in cash. When I have an own three computers were I could just pay the bill online. Being said I suffer bad anxiety, asthma, and high blood pressure. Their system and guidelines really need to be adjusted for the hard working people of Pennsylvania. This is unacceptable.
