Claimant says:After being a patient for over 25years this company shuffled me around from around June of 2015 to the end of December. my wellness visit was cancelled three times. When I was very sick December 10th, I was told to go to urgent care. As a result I changed companies. Their mission statement of patient satisfaction number one priority very wrong.
