Ocean harbor is a scam 0 Zero star rated as there’s no one to manage this company no customer service whatsoever very unprofessional staff . I’m not really sure if these People who are working are really agents all ocean harbor is doing is collecting cash from customers that’s all.they won’t fix your car or pick up phone calls . Don’t use this company you’ll be sorry later on they don’t know anything about car insurance nor customer service .It’s almost been a month since I got into a car accident I have full coverage up till This day my car has not been fixed. My car has been inspected but afterwards no clues I called the claim manager and collision adjuster they are all crooks I left voicemails to both no one has reached out to me. And they won’t keep You updates on anything I’ve called Damian lombana the adjuster and joe Claim manager these people too lazy to pick up phone or call back ocean harbor company is a joke and hired bunch of unfit people and unprofessional crooks with no class to work with customer . May all go to yell with this piece of trash company !!! That’s how pissed off I feel

Very Unreliable, Poor communication, Poor customer service, I do not recommend this company at all. Took three days to get into contact with anyone to make a claim-I had to threaten to take legal action before I was able to get into contact with a rep to even place the claim. The agent gave me ENTIRELY FALSE information regarding my claim and how my deductible would work -because he was CLUELESS about the company he worked for-so he lied to cover his butt. It has now been TWO weeks since I made my claim and I have received no phone calls regarding the status of my vehicle. I finally got through to a rep AFTER TRYING FOR FOUR DAYS for him to tell me that they had picked up my car four days prior. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PICK UP MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS, NOR WAS I INFORMED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN PICKED UP BY AN ADJUSTER. OR WHERE THEY ARE KEEPING MY VEHICLE. Its now been a week since they picked up my car, and I've called three times daily during my breaks at work for the week. Every time I am on hold for 30 mins and the call gets dropped, With no return calls even after leaving a call back number. An insurance claim taking 2 weeks long is UNHEARD of. Most claims are handled within 24 hours. My attorney will be calling them today.
