Eva F. says: I think they should have tape counselor on site.
Because that's how you feel every time you leave that place.
You can put 400.00 into a machine and never get a spin.
It use to be a nice place.
Someone recently won a big jack pot and then they told him there was a malfunction on the machine and would not pay him.
The casino has many of it's own people they have placed on machine to win to make it look like they are paying off.
It's to bad use to be a fun place.
Oh another thing quest not only do you rob to make your place bigger but now have bought prime land in spokane to build.
Maybe you should pay out more and keep the customers you have because at some time the well will go dry.
And all the hookers and tweakers are terrible.
And if any thing happens in the parking lot to bad do not expect any help.
They will not release camera footage.
So if you want your lungs filled with smoke loose all your money get assaulted in the parking lot.
Hook up with a hooker or score some dope this is the place for you.
I will never go back!!!
And far as jack put partys go they are also so set up.
They will put out a few fish and the rest is set up for others.
I realize they need to make money but do you have too tape us.

Parwiz A. says: Lost $2800 and then Northern quest worker jumps on machine and gets jackpot in 1 minute. I hope this placed will be closed. I can't wait for the new casino to open. Northern Quest Casino are SCAM. Stay away!

Greg P. says: One should walk in light their money on fire and watch it burn. At least that would last longer. Honestly can not understand how Northern Quest is still allowed to be open. I am not a sore loser. I just expect hundreds of dollars to last more than a half hour. I expect a smile from employees and maybe a bonus spin or a cocktail waitress to come around EVER. I believe Quest needs an audit and a true report by the media. However I know Quest threatens to pull ALL advertising if a media outlet reports negative truths about them. They are ripping off the community and allowed to do so.

Lyla R. says: The payouts have dramatically decreased. I never expect to win at any Casino,however,$400 gone in 20 minutes betting 80 cents per spin is ridiculous. Quest used to be fun. We could stay hours on that amount a few years ago. Security lacks. Quest is filled with panhandlers and tweekers. Twice now the men's restroom was flooding. Beverage service on the gaming floor is non existent ATM machines are frequently broken and cashier booths are rarely properly staffed. It's really sad to see this place continue to downslide. When we have emailed in the passed there was no resolve just typical excuses given. I recently contacted the Washington gaming commission and they are pulling machine reports this week to see if Quest has altered the machines. They have done that in the passed. I highly recommend taking some time and driving to the CDA Casino. They treat their guests very well and have a MUCH better reward program
