Mypillow Customer Service told the 60 day guarantee only meant when you order online. I told them that was the only reason I would spend that kind of money for a pillow is that it had the 60 day guarantee. I told customer service that it stated it on the box and in the book inside the box. Customer Service stated only the 20 year warranty applied if I did not buy it online. I stated ( well it should not be in the book and on the box that is false advertising. Thank you and Hod Bless

    Claimant says:My Pillow advertises that if you buy one pillow, you will get one free. Not true. I ordered one pillow and was charger $116.00. When I questioned the price, I was told $116.00 was for two pillows. If I wanted one it would be $64.00. If I wanted the free one, it would be $116.00.
