William B. says: Richard caldwell is a con man and crook. He owes me $1995. After one year my timeshare has not sold. HIs guarantee is worthless. He won't answer pone or emails.BBB says he has filed for bankruptcy.

    Claimant says:i entered an agreement (2/8-9/17) with My Timeshare(Richard Cardwell) to sell two Timeshares I own. The agreement stated that if the company didn't sell the Timeshares I would be refunded my payment of $1590.00. I have tried numerous times to contact Richard and left messages on his phone but he has not return my calls. No one answers the phone.
