Susan C. says: if you make a reservation and cancel 1 hour later they wont refund your money and their policy says full refund if canceled in a timely manner they claim its a no show how do you have a no show if you canceled 1 hour later that's just not right i'm out $220.38 they could of rented out that room many times if they had any customers. I will let this town know just how they are " I have been ripped off" i;m sure there are more
