Eva B. says: The shelves themselves are okay, it's the installation of the product. The overall installation was not in accordance to what Mr. Ojeda told me when I asked if the track is installed on the cabinet frames and he responded "Yes". If I would have known or as Mr. Ojeda told me in the letter I received a week ago " to read the small print" which I did but I did not find anything about miss measured shelves it only states: All work is considered custom work. Absolutely no refunds".
To me custom work should be precision work and not miss measurements and then don't take responsibility for your mistake and poor workmanship
