Bob H. says: Manager has a serious sense of entitlement. Conducts several "annual" inspections a year. When I objected she tried to get in by pretending to do a maintenance job .Showed with paperwork on a clipboard but no maintenance tools.

Daniel P. says: Pending Housing Complex.....(Mercy Housing) .... Hamilton Apartments Staff is unorganized, misleading, they don't do their job, uncooperative excluding the Asst. Manager. I've been waiting to be approved or DENIED for housing. I do understand due to the C19 Virus --- there's been delays. But if I already went in the Office to fill out the required forms....I don't see why I have to do anything else. Not unless, someone was slacking doing their work. Now, I'm being threaten that I would be denied for not completing my app by Maria Escobar.
