Claimant says:Rip off, breach of contract, no phone return call, no cooperation. Billed for full service ($2000) and only had 1 hour and 40 minuets of coaching, (20 minuets a week. I was not told $500 an hour coaching, even at that it would have been $875. Had a different couch in February when I quit, but billing still continued.
