Scott D. says: He (if that's even his real name) is a scam artist trying to con people out of "debts" they don't owe. This idiot and his "company" ARA, Inc. are all over the internet being reported as scam artists. Check the BBB, Ripoff Report and just do a general google search of this a-hole and his fraudulent "agency" and you'll quickly realize just how much of a scumbag he really is. His reputation actually makes other collection agents look like SAINTS by comparison.
