La T. says: All we asked for was an itemized list of charges so that we could understand why and what we were being charged for at the house. Most of the things that he was charging for he knew was wrong with the house due to them trying to level the house in one day. He was also aware of mold and mildew in the house that we could not get rid of and he never told his dad, the real owner of the house and it was never fixed and put my family and I in danger of illnesses. When asked about his honesty he went to the house three weeks after we were already gone and workers had been in and out and added more charges on us to get even. He even added things that he doesn't realize we're in the list of move in problems showing he was trying to get even because we caught him being dishonest and charging us for things that we have proof through texts, pictures, and calls made to him and every time he came to see the things on his own I had someone on the phone to witness all of our conversations because I knew he would try to pull this and he did. They add charges to tenants that are fraudulent and because they broke the lease by not fixing things within 7 days of being made aware we were not bound legally by the lease and by Texas state law they were supposed to release ALL of our deposit back because they broke the agreement when the sink began falling off the wall along with the support bracket, he did not try to remove the mold and mildew in the wall behind the tub, nor replace the tub that was full of mold and mildew from the day we moved in, they also were told to remove a bush that was destroying city water pipes and sewer pipes they do not and then charged us for not trimming what he was told to uproot and kill. We have proof of all of this.
