Claimant says:We paid LG Fences (Luis Garcia) $5302.57 back in October 2011 for a new fence installation in our house in Miramar. To this date 4/14/12 he has not installed the fence. He came and partially installed about 5% of the total fence and left strings and materials exposed in our property which makes it very dangerous for 2 year old son to go the backya...
