Phyllis B. says: BUYER BEWARE!!! This business travels from event to event selling their goods, as well as having a website. I saw them at an event on 05-13-2016 and ordered a jacket from them at $159.00. My credit card was immediately charged but I have yet to see the jacket. That was 13 1/2 months ago. They told me that it would take 12 -16 weeks for delivery due to it being imported from Turkey. At 20 weeks, well after the 16 week window, I called to inquire about it. There was no answer on two different phones published on their business card, so I left voice mail messages on both. Still...no call back. I kept calling periodically over the next months and finally caught one of the owners accidentally. He said there was a backlog due to the war in Turkey and to be patient. Again, months passed and no jacket so I called several times more, having no results in reaching him. Again, left voice mails. And again, after several calls he accidentally picked up and told me that he's been sick and that customs was being held up in Turkey. I told him I wanted a refund or credit to my account, and had indicated that in other calls before. I never received it. It's past the date where my credit card company can file a dispute so I get NOTHING! I'm sure that's why he stalled me for so long. if I could give them a 0 rating, that would be too good!!!

So again I say, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Sue B. says: I ordered two tops from them at a conference May 6, 2016. In late May my credit card had been charged, but no tops delivered. I called to inquire, and was told that they should be shipped out the next week. I finally received them on JULY 25, 11 weeks after I ordered them. ONE WAS THE INCORRECT DERSIGN> I called numerous times to get this corrected with no response. I finally returned the top for a replacement or refund onAugust 8, 2016. It is now November 3, 201 and I still have no response.
