Bill O. says: Paid him 600.00 deposit. He delivered nothing. I went to see him to get my money back. He promised but did nothing. I went through legal channels and found it would cost more to get the money back than he owed. I even have a signed promisary note from him. He is a THIEF. Beware of this guy.
