Claimant says:I gave him plenty of time to resolve the problem. He told me if he has I.V.E. do the work , they would charge him & he in turn would charge my neighbor. I don't think it's right that i or my neighbor should be charged for his neglagence.He's taking advantage of the elderly & that isn't right either.
