Vicki G. says: Purchased travel insurance. Had a major heart attach and could not travel per doctor. Asked for many months for my refund of $314. Didn't hear for a long while and was told my refund would not happen because I didn't file within 10 days. I thought I would be able to go since heart attach happened in nov, 2104 and trip to Paris wasn't until Sept 2015. Vicki Granros
