    Claimant says:Pot quit working. No heat after year and half of gentle scant use. Contacted makers and explained issue. Told to send info by computer . Finally got daughter to send all info to them. By then another 6 months passed. Then I am still waiting to hear if my old barely used pot can be serviced.
