Nnt F. says: Customer service beyond bad. Over-promises and under-delivers. We do not trust this entity.
If you're in the second lien position as a lender, watch out! IMC Money has been found to give bad directions to the investor, directing gap loan money to be wired directly to investor's account rather than escrow in order to lend their part for the first lien. Unfortunately, this company has not yet been willing to take ownership of their mistakes.
