Letha M. says: I purchased premium Vinyl Siding and windows from Home Exteriors of Fayetteville on 4/6/06 for $13,520.00. Home Exteriors of Fayetteville refuse to honor the warranty and service warranty on the windows. 5 of the 9 windows are defective. Home Exteriors of Fayetteville claim since the manufacture they purchase the windows from has gone out of business they have no obligations to honor the warranty and service warranty on the windows. However, Home Exteriors of Fayietteville was paid $13,520.00.
