Lovedie M. says: I will let you decide would you like it if Le Hodge installed a vinyl top and left bubbles in it and told you to rub them out, pay $16000 for a paint job that is so rough he must of painted it in a dust storm, threw the carpet in and bolted seats on top left big humps in it, put a tiny carburetor on a 383 with 516 heads, told me he could not adjust the 850 holley I had; he told me that since I had a 7 quart oil pan that the oil would not register on the dip stick and that the lifter noise was from a weak lifter (all it needed was oil), charge $1200 for brake lines and pads and then told me to be able to stop you need to put it in neutral before applying the brakes, told me he could fix my brakes for $150 and this was his second try, he charged me over $300 and they were worse, charged me a third time for brakes and I could do better if I drag my feet to stop, when installing my dash he put big gouges in it and said that happens with all dashes being reinstalled after sandblasting car, he removed my valve covers and then over tightened them and they poured oil, his reason was that type of valve covers leak (he removed and could not install them back the correct way), I had a mirror that could be adjusted from the inside, he kept my mirror installed this plain jane and welded up the hole on the inside where the cable went to adjust, I had NOS emblems to be put on my car, he said they did not fit, that I could pay him $500 for another set and pay him to install them, I put the ones I had on (they fit), I had over $800 worth of parts he was to put on my car, he did not put on my car and did not return or pay for my parts that he put on other peoples cars, when I went to pick up my car he tagged $3000 onto the bill and told me I had to pay it to get my car, his explanation for the $3000 was he had used that program for years but could not verify in all the invoices I received. I presented him with my cancelled checks and after a year of asking for my money that he owed me he said he would make it right to bring my car back to him. That was my mistake, 3 later I went to pick up my car, he handed me a invoice instead of paying me the money he had owed me for 415 days, he did not return my parts, and my brakes are the worse ive every seen, I had performance parts on my engine due to the heads and he removed all my performance parts and put generic Advance Auto parts on my engine. and all those good ratings on facebook is because he does not deal with his mistakes professionally he will delete the negative post and block the person posting it,
