Alice S. says: Herb Lockhart III took 2900.00 dollars from an 85-year-old disabled veteran to put a roof on his roof. He then preceded to do a shoddy job leaving the roof unsafe for the veteran. It cost the veteran over 5000.00 to get the roof done properly and had to have it done in section. Stay away from this fraudulent person
