Karen M. says: The owner was incredibly rude to me after I turn down a job that Haley Clark, the owner of HC Legal Search stated via text that she "got me a job" more than 3 weeks after my interview and zero status updates. When I informed her I found employment elsewhere she texted me and called me a liar stating her employees had attempted to contact me via voicemail and text messaging, which never occurred. After I responded letting her know that I had not received any correspondence from her recruiters or employees she called me ungrateful as well as a liar. She told me to refrain from contacting the firm again for any future employment (as if I would after being treated so attrociously by a supposed professional recruiting firm). I responded essentially stating that I was not in a position to wait 4 such an extended period of time because I was seeking a position and was told that the employment with this potential Law Firm would be expeditious. Thereafter she said that she would bet $10 that I would be out of a job within 5 days and then blocked my number. She was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and did not comport herself gracefully despite being the owner of a company in which Headhunters do in fact receive fees for their supposed services in matching applicants and emolyers. The sheer fact that she would state that she would bet money that I would be out of a job within 5 days was shocking and I have never experienced such verbal abuse from a recruiter or hiring firm. I have maintained the conversation between her and myself via text messages in order to proves her unbelievably negative conduct. DO NOT USE THIS RECRUITUNG FIRM.
