DR SAID HE WOULD REMOVE THE SCARE TISSUE FROM MY HAND THAT DR ALEX DIDNT DO. SAID I NEED TO HURRY THE VA SO HE GET THIS TAKEN CARE PLUS HE HAS A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE AHEAD OF HIM AND HE A VERY BUSY MAN . SO EVERYTHING I COULD TO HELP WOULD BE GREATLY. 9/5 SALINA VA DR HOFER SAID I HAD HER BLESSING FOR SURGERY AND WOULD PUT THIS FAST FOR DR, CHEEMA. 9/6 17 3 WAY CALL WICHITA VA MY SELF AND TRI WEST GOT AUTHORIZATION FRO ALL APPOVAL FOR DR CHEEMS TO DO THE SURGERY AND ALSO ANY FOLLOW UP VISIST. HAVING A VERY BAD TIME WITH THE SCHEDULING DEPT. I HVE CALLED TO TRY TO HELP CLAIM THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING AT ALL. ON 9/6/17 THE AUTHORIZATION WAS FAX TO THEM AT 8:57 AM SO FROM THAT DATE UNTIL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEY HAVE HAD THE APPROVAL NUMBER ALL LONG. I CALLED YESTERDAY SPOKE TO ANGIE AGAIN SAME OLE BRUSH OFF SAMO OLE GAME AGAIN. SO I CALLED TRI WEST SPOKE WITH JACK HE CALLED ANGIE OF COURSE SHE HAD HE VAICE MAIL TURNED ON BUT YOU BET SHE WILL NOT REPLY BACK. I CAN GIVE FEW DDATE WHENI CALLED AND ASK PLEASE TO CALL ME BACK. THEN WHEN YOU DO TALK TO HER FAMOUS LAST WORDS ME OR RACHALE WILL CALL YOU BACK TODAY MR. ASHLEY WRONG MANY DAY LATER I HAVE TO CALL,

SO TRI WEST JACK CALL HER SAID VOICE LEFT A DETAIL MESSAGE ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE THIS FULL AUTHORIZATION # 0004224904 ON 9/6/17 THAT 16 DAYS THEY DONE NOTHING BUT SET AND WAIT ON SOMETHING TO COME TO THEM. ALL THE HAD TO WAS CALL TRI WEST AND THIS WOULD AHVE TAKEN CARE OF ALONG TIME AGO. PLUS JACK IT MIGHT OF BEEN AS BUSY AS THE DR CHEEMA IS YOUR SURGERY WOULG HAVE BEEN AND ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY BY NOW. HE SAID IF THEY NEED SCHOOLING ON HOW TO GET THE ANYTHING OR NUMBERS ALL THEY HAVE TO IS CALL BUT WE SENT A THE FIRST AUTHORIZATION IN THE FIST PLACE AND THAT IS HONESTLY ALL THEY NEEDED TO GET GOING ON THE WHOLE DEAL. I BOB ASHLEY WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO A HIGHER DEPT I AM SICK OF TRYING TO HELP THE DR. AND ALL YOU GET IS WELL WE OFF ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. IAM SORRY IN SOME CASES THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE NO NOT JUST BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DONE TO ME HOW MANY OTHERS. PLUS IT LIKE IF THEY DONT HAVE THE PAPER WORK PLACE IN FRONT OF THEM THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECASUEIT TO MUCH BOTHER OR TROUBLE TO HAVE TO DIG A LITTLE AND HELP THE DRS. HELP THE PATIENTS WHICH IS IN ENOUGH FEAR JUST WOUNDERING WHEN WILL THEY GET THE CALL. BUT TO LET SOMETHING GO FOR 16 WORKING DAYS THAT THEIR WORKING DAYS EVEN WITH A 1/2 SDAY OFF ON FRIDAY STILL BOTH OF THEM HAVE TOTALLY DROP THE BALL ON DR. CHEEMA SCHEDULE AND PLUS LEFT ME SETTING HERE AND I WAS ONE TRYING TO HELP DR. CHEEMA AND MY SELF TO GET THIS DONE. I VERY UP SET I WONT ANSWERS AND I WANT THEM NOW, I FELL I DESERVE AND ANSWER PLUS I FELL THESE TO HAVE COST THE COMPANY A TON OF MONEY BY NOT TAKING THE EXTRA STEP TO HELP MAKE EVERYONE JOB GO BETTER, PLUS IT MAKE HAYS ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC LOOK BETTER THEN ANY OTHERS BECAUSE YOUR STAFF IS ON THEN BALL AND KNOWS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND SET ON TAIL ENDS AND DRAW A PAY CHECK AND WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING FALLS IN THEIR LAP TO BE ABLE TO COMPLET A JOB. ONE BIG QUESTION HOW MORE CAN THEY DO AND COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO HELP HAY ORTHO. THE DRS, AND MONEY COMING INTO THE CORPORATE TO HELP PAY THEIR WAGES. YES I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER IN THE COMPANTY ABOUT THIS MATTER. HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DR CHEEMA AT ALL IT IS THE SCHEDULING SURGERY DEPT. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE TODAY I AM SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING AND WAITING SO ON SO ON. MY STRESS LEVEL IS ALMOST TO IT END. CHECK MY MEDICAL RECORDS WITH ME HAVING TO PUT IT ALL DOWN. I DONT NEED THIS FROM ANGIE OR RACHALE WHEN ALL IT WAS JUST A LITTLE INITIATIVE ON THEIR PART TO SUPPORT THEIR COMPANY AND SHOW HOW THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF THE DRS. PATIENTS ALL IS WELL. BUT ONCE AGAIN NO CANT DO THAT NOT IN MY JOB TITLE OR IT WILL SHOW UP AND WHEN IT DOES ONE OF US CALL YOU. DONT THINK SO I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT CAN ASSURE ME IT WILL DONE TODAY OR SOMEONE HIGHER IN THE COMPANY . NO DRS, OR PATIENTS SHOULD TO PUT WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I WOULD HATE TO REPORT TO THE VA. CENTER ON HOW THIS BEING HANDLE BUT IF NEED BE I WILL GLAD TO LET THEM KNOW . THIS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. I DID WHAT WAS OF ME FROM DR CHEEMS T RUSH THIS AND MAUCH AS I COULD WITH THE VA AND TRI WEST. IT ALL COMPLETED ON 9/6 17 FAX IN AT 8:57 AM TO YOUR OFFICE ALL NEW BLOOD WORK FROM DR HOFER MY PRIMARY DR IN SALINA KS MAIL ALL NEW BLOOD TO THE OFFICE I RECEIVED A COPY THE SAME DAY YOU DID. SO WHAT WAS ASK OF ME TO TRY RUSH THIS . MY JOB AS BEEN DONE AND WAITING AND CALLING ASKING AND GETTING NO WHERE. PLEASE GET AHOLD OF ME TODAY I AM SICK OF THIS.
