Lois S. says: When I contacted Haverty's about a problem with a bed, they sent someone out to look at the bed. The result was "There is nothing wrong with the bed" The problem was that the bed sagged terribly. Haverty's technician took a picture of the left side of the bed, when in fact it was the right side of the bed that was defective. I made many many phone calls to Haverty's and wrote to Sealy. Haverty's was terrible. They didn't want to do anything to resolve the problem. Then they told me that the bed was stained. I had two people look at the bed and there were no stains. Also, when the technician went out to inspect the bed, he said nothing about any stains. Needless to say, my experience with Haverty's was horrible. The end result, after days of stress and anguish, I was told by Sealy that the bed would be replaced. The question asked above "Would I recommend Haverty's Furniture in Daytona Beach, Florida? Probably not. I went through too much aggravation to get this problem resolved. The bed was finally replaced... So I did resolve the problem.
