Marian G. says: My daughter and I were completely disrespected by the owner/manager and humiliated in front of colleagues of mine. My daughter met me there for lunch and ordered garlic knots/salad lunch combo. The dough was burnt on the garlic knots, so we asked for a new order. They looked great, but when she bit into one, the dough was raw inside. she stretched it out thinking it was cheese, but quickly released it from her mouth because she realized it was raw dough. We simply asked for them to be removed from the bill because we didn't have time for a third batch to be made. The owner came out to the dinning room and argued with my daughter about the first batch not being burnt. She was embarrassed, and told him she refused to discuss it further with him. He raised his voice and said he was charging her full price anyway. He actually met us at the cash register and tried to argue more to justify the burnt garlic knots. He even brought them back out of the kitchen after being disposed and asked if we wanted a to-go box for them since we had to pay for them. I told him to eat them and lunch was on me for him since I was the one paying for them. He slammed them into the trash can in front of us at the cash register and stormed off. The waitress kindly apologized several times for his behavior, but it wasn't her place to do so. In addition to the treatment, we were overcharged! We nor my colleagues will ever eat there again.
