Claimant says:The flaggers on the bridge maintanence in Oklahoma are working 12 to 15 hours per day and not given any breaks during the entire time. They are also not allowed to "switch out". Because they are working in the blazing heat all day there is a danger of heat exhausten. I feel something should be done to correct this immediately.
