John K. says: Company hires reckless and irresponsibile so called "auto technicians" who are negligent and unprofessional. So called "service managers" have no idea what they are doing and don't have a clue. Always had my brake and tire work done there untill my car had a rubbing and vibration noise at the rear wheel which I immediatedly suspected and diagnosed myself as a definite rear hub bearing, having replaced 3 of them in the past. I brought the car in their shop and The manager at the woodbridge, nj location Anthony said his mechanic checked the car and found no issue and blamed the noise on the rear tires being cupped badly and needing replacement. He insisted this even after me telling him he was wrong. Believing this, a Few days later I brought the car in and had both rear tires replaced with new tires. This did not correct the problem. Finally 3 days later I brought the car back to their shop with the same complaint and a different manager there on duty, Frank put the car on the lift and yes said I was right the rear hub was definitely in need of replacement. This is total incompetence and created a dangerous situation. I have since gone back to approach him on this situation only to find out he has left the company and left the state. Not surprised. He was an angry little man who hated his job. Consider yourself lucky I don't contact consumer advocate and contact the NJ State Attorney Generals office and start litigation against this irresponsible company that calls itself a conplete auto repair center. Also EVERY time I brought my car to them I would ask them for a courtesy ride back to my house and the answer was always no they're too busy and no one is available. Shoddy workmanship and total "I don't care" attitude. Cut the card in half once all the bills were paid on it and will NEVER use them for anything again. Lost me as a customer for life. They need to be investigated and business license revoked
