Thomas W. says: the tire monkeys are on OJT so they may mismount your tire. They didnt know how to change my tire/wheel, they broke the hub off the wheel and it fell off less than a mile from their urbandale shop. After a BBB complaint ,they said the jeep was old and it was the vehicles fault. Like every piss poor vendor I ever met they blame everything but their shody attempts at work.

Thomas W. says: brought my 1998 Jeep Sport in for tire change, brought 2 Goodyears online cause they are OEM for this Jeep. This shop is "recommended installer" for online 'Tirerack.com' the droolers broke the hubs off the wheels-NEVER in 3 full tire changes have these been removed, you dont have to to change the tire-One fell off less than a mile from the iowa shop. This urbandale shp is in court with multiple customers for damages. DONT WRECK YOUR CAR GO ELSEWHERE.
