Robert C. says: This company uses their television show to sell coins that they don't have. They take customers money and never plan to ship coins. They only ship coins to customers that contact consumer agencies or use legal actions. They literally prey on old customers with the idea that they will not remember order or die before ESN direct has to ship. They also do not ship anything that they claim to have bought from their warehouse. If they do ship at all, it is sent from a company called Chattanooga coin company in Georgia. Do your own homework and look up professional history of a man by the name of Lewis Revels.

Alex M. says: They believe they can rob or steal from customers by illegally changing there accounts to suite there business needs by not doing any follow up work to see who made the mistakes in their company. Even when they have proof that they made the mistakes. I know they have the proof I sent it to them on 5/11/2017, a copy of my account showing it was never paid.
