Claimant says:I purchased a scooter for my grandson. It was delivered broken. I was billed for two scooters at @139.00 each. I have sent numerous emails and left at least 8 phone messages and have not heard from anyone.
Now my grandson has no birthday gift. Can you please help. I dont know what else to do. Thank you.
