Claimant says:As pathologist, this is by far the worst lab I have had the misfortune to work with. They claimed that my stat order was not stat, but acknowledged to my nurse that it was a stat order.
They do not follow up. When they finally answer the telephone, it is disconnected during most calls.
It takes 10 hours to get a hemoglobin result.
