    Claimant says:Ms. Tubbs was my section 8 tenant until 4/5/2016. After she moved I evaluated property damages totalling $11,000. I went through the Maywood court to get her out; I did not have my paperwork in order to file court in 2016. When I got every thing together she had moved and I just located her. I have a letter from section 8 verifying the damages.
