Muthiah N. says: Clayton Morris is a fraudulent person who sells you a property that he does not own but signs as the seller. He scams unsuspecting investors by only selling for cash and then conveniently disappears without fulfilling any of the promises he made. He does not have a phone number to resolve issues. He has sold properties to more than 250 people in IN, FL and MI and has not yet delivered a rehabbed home or new construction.
There is a class action lawsuit against him and his coconspirator OCEANPOINTE INVESTMENTS. There are also many individuals like myself who have filed complaints with the Indiana Attorney General. Clayton Morris was a former anchor on Fox and Friends and has his own podcast with his wife Natalie Morris. They are both frauds. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM him or his company. You will surely lose your money.
