Very disappointing experience working with this company as the seller of a house. I provided multiple extensions ( 4 of them , taking over 10 weeks ) and ultimately the buyer was denied the mortgage.
I am aware some times this happens but the frustrating part for me was the lack of response, communication, and urgency from this company. They simply would NOT respond to anyone : buyer 's realtor, buyer's attorney, buyer himself, seller's realtor, seller's attorney.
Very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them and would advise other sellers to RUN RUN RUN if you are made aware your prospective buyer is using this company.
If I could , I would leave this company 0 stars.

In march we started to work with Chaos Home Loans (Ian); as a disabled vet, I trusted this company because of how many other veterans used them. After finding a new home, we set up an early termination with our lease in our apartment because Ian said he would "take care of it" when we inquired about our early termination fees because we didn't have that large amount of money. When the day came to sign our papers for our house and we officially broke our lease, Ian (pretty gave much gave us the middle finger) by telling that we could take care of it our self, he said that the earnest money and closing costs my disabled retired mother in law gifted to us should have enough left over in our escrow to cover it, yet that was her money, it was given back to her!!! we just would like Ian to do the right thing, but I will never use/recommend this company again, little alone to a another veteran.
