I did not have any problems, always got a reply from them within 24 hours.And I work it out.I could cancel my membership myself without bothering support of Centro Bill.I bought a membership for germangoogirls.com Javbucks.com and also for thri.xxx. they all have cetrobill as a biller.
So I will tell you how to cancel if you find their support not helpful.
1st step login to your account from centrobill.com
2nd step press lookup purchases
3rd step enter an email
4th step put 4 last digits of your credit card You will see your order sites
5 ft step: find a button that says cancel membership, in the right down corner, not very obvuous but it is there.Press it
6th step: Put down your reason why you want to cancel, and what would make u stay and after Pres Send!
7th step: wait for result!!

Pat D. says: I placed one order (on thri.xxx) with them, saw some suspicious charge as my second order with the name that sort of looks alike my actual order (hentai.thri.xxx). I never get the receipt for this second order nor the message from the site, so I sent them a complaint. Too bad, I got the reply on the same day that I called my bank, so the bank already issued a chargeback.

Still, I asked them to provide me a valid proof of purchase, so if I created an account with them by accident, I will ask the bank to reverse the chargeback which is still under investigation process. But they are unable to provide me any valid proof other than what's on my credit card and the username I used with my first order, and now they are telling me that they will have to forward my case to their Debt Collectors if I don't reverse the chargeback within 7 days.

Totally agree with Tom W., avoid this site as all cost, including anything that have to do with e-support24.com, g-support24.com, or h-support24.com.

Wanted to cancel my account to extremebukkake.com so I did the usual and hit the cancel button. Got the message "Your request has been forwarded on to customer service." So I thought that was it. Done and done.
Logged into my CC account last week and suddenly saw a charge for £34.95. And for the month before and the month before in fact for the past 6months!!!
So I went to centrobill and found my account was still active. So I cancelled it once again to avoid being charged for March 2017. But guess what, it didn't cancel and I was charged again. So I've put in "Apply for a refund" on all the transactions, sent 5 or 6 emails and still I'm awaiting. It's an absolute joke.
Surely this is some sort of fraud???
If I don't hear anything looks like I'll be taking this further but my advice to anyone out their is to avoid joining anything to do with Centrobill or esupport24.
It seems once you sign up you are signed up for life.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Na N. says: They are not cancelling my subscription. No matter how many emails I send, they don't reply. They are the worst billing company on the planet. Would never recommend them to anyone. They are shady.
