Kathleen P. says: Because they will not respond to my complaints about the one gate being cracked the day after they put it in. And after Irma, we noticed the 4X4s on the 8' fence were only 10'. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN 12'! The fence almost fell down during the storm and now is held up by wood 2X4s. Not a good site. Not at all happy with their work OR their non-response to problems!!!
