Brad W. says: Horrible horrible service, repairs not done correctly , repeated attempts to get things repaired right, Salesperson sold us a used $36000. 2008 RV that they did not disclose had delamination and a patched roof ,even after asking them about the bubble on the back wall and a yellowish discolored square on the roof. We paid $3000. for the best extended warranty which would cover almost everythingthey said they don't worry....only a $50. deductible... now they are charging me an additional $60. for each item that they have to call into the warranty that is not covered. The 4 Slide out hydraulic hoses are now bad and not covered $1000. Delamination Unknown cost several thousand. Patched roof also decals are cracking and curling up $2000. both these will lower resale value considerably. And I have a bill for $848. dollars to pay for nothing more than calling in to the insurance to find out these items were not covered under the platinum extended warranty. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from Broadmoor RV
