Fahmy D. says: Scam artists at best. Only a class action suit will show them the lights. They are taking advantage of parents and students. First they blamed their own vendors. Then they used a lame excuse that their staff worked hard on doing trip arrangements. So they are keeping some 20.15% of our money as a profit for a product that was never delivered through no fault of our own.

J A. says: scammers. Take your money and then declare its the best they can do. Excuse me but all losses can be claimed on Bob Rogers income tax (says the irs). The agency want their commission and has scammed more than 80 schools during cov-19, giving this students and parents between 39-79% of their money back. Spread the word. Do not use this travel agency under any circumstances.

Tariq H. says: After cancellation of Argo school orchestra trip to Waltz Disney due to Covid-19 Bob Rogers decided to credit 83% of the $1,500 trip amount, some in cash & rest in travel vouchers. They sent a check for $590.63, which is a refund of 40%. Parents need to file a class action lawsuit against this company for not refunding all of 83% in cash. Travel agencies carry insurance for such eventualities and Bob Rogers will recover there loss through them so the only losers are the parents.

Sammy E. says: Covid 19 closed our schools. A trip to Tennessee was already paid for the choir. There was a stay at home order. 3 months after the canceled trip, the company wants to give us 79% of what we paid them. They want to keep the balance to cover their overhead. Don’t ever sign up for their service. They want to keep 21% of our money for doing nothing! The trip was canceled. No buses were sent. Kids stayed home. Big ripoff
