Elsa S. says: No. I received damaged goods, and called them minutes after I have received it. Trying to be polite, I did not state that the wig was a total disaster, but just ask if I can return it. They say yes, and then claimed that I had damaged the wig. They refused to give me a full refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card with my bank, who gave me my money back.
