Claimant says:purchased a frigidaire heat pump in 5-18-04 with a 8 year parts and labor warranty and added a extended warranty for 2 years. I had a service call on 10-8-11 at which time they they would not honor the warranty.Tried to call a person called Moe the dispacher said was in charge but he will not return the call.
