They are a fraudulent crooked company. More than a scam, they are responsible for my creditor costing me double what I originally owed them. Bedrock never responded to an initial settlement offer for 50 cents on the dollar and then when the creditor commenced legal action conned me into a settlement which ultimately cost me almost double the amount originally owed, They do not return calls, emails and do not follow through with promises made or provide any tangible service. Unfortunately, by the time you figure out that they are a scam and stealing your money, you are in far worse shape than you were in when you first contacted them. These people deserve to be in jail. They prey on people who are desperate to find a solution the threats from creditors and never work on behalf of clients in providing any of the benefits, representation or relief that drives people to them initially, The Better Business Bureau"s ridiculous rating is also a scam in that is provides a false sense of reliability when in fact there has been so many complaints of SCAM, FRAUD and abuse that they should have been shut down years ago with its principles indicted.

Bedrock makes a lot of promises during the initial contact but failed to provide any assistance in reducing my debt. Now I still owe my creditors more than I originally owed because of added fees and interest but they took over $6,000 in payments and only returned $1,000 and that was only over the course of a little over a year before I canceled disgusted.
They only began working with one of my creditors after a judgement was filed against me in court and that creditor would not negotiate on amount at all. I feel outraged by their promise to help because they do not. DO NOT use this company, find another way. Negotiate yourself with your creditors don't pay this company to do it for you. Your outcome and wallet will be the better for it.
